Having bought beads now from several individual bead designers, I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with the overall quality of Eagle Bay Designs. Your website is friendly, informative, and easy to use. The photography makes the beads look spectacularly shiny! But more importantly, the craftsmanship is outstanding. The way the core is attached and polished looks superior to any other beads I've purchased. I can tell you've given thought and care to presentation details, too. For example, I've received an assortment of little drawstring bead bags, now, from bead shipments. Usually they are satin or a light see-through voile. When I opened the box and wrappings and saw the elegance of a little black velvet bag, I was impressed. And it came from a box, not a padded envelope. Padded envelopes seem to work. But the box, like the velvet bag, takes you to a new level. My whole experience of buying from Eagle Bay Designs is one where quality matters. Thank you for this.
